Effective and efficient

Comprehensive and effective planning is the key to success and makes up a significant part of the work of Design & Build at Deutsche Werkstätten. Jens Kulzinski explains that although it can take up to a year before a project is ready for the groundbreaking ceremony, good preliminary and integral planning encompassing all necessary processes is what determines how efficiently a project will run. Only then can you plan for interior fitters to work at the same time as shell and core engineers. This saves time, helps keep costs in check and guarantees quality.

When external architects or designers are responsible for the first phase of a project, Deutsche Werkstätten Design & Build has the digital capacity to generate the necessary computer assisted surveys. This is the only way to ensure precision detailed planning at the required level and satisfy all parties involved.
