Design, construction and manufacturing
In 1987, a Bugatti sold for 16 million marks at auction. Today, the Bugatti Veyron is the fastest serial-produced vehicle allowed on the road. And its triumphs on the racetrack are legendary to this day. This is just by way of an introduction to this truly outstanding brand.
The brief was to develop a presentation system for the licensed products of this powerful brand. Numerous interior designers presented their ideas, the model put forward by Hellerau passed the test and within eight weeks the first two showcases were ordered and delivered. They are made from razor-thin, anti-reflective glass that is curved using a special production technique; with individual lighting (cool or warm, diffuse or spotlight) and an invisible seal; the interior lined with leather, the corpus made from cherry wood, veneered or painted in various colours. We recognise the fact that specialist solutions are, in effect, the only solutions fit for the Bugatti brand. And Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau – the experts in specialist design – can always be relied upon to provide these solutions, which fills us with a sense of pride.
