A presentation of their own – and other’s – dexterity, a meeting point, a face in the capital city for the Saxon company with a long history, consultation for law firms, medical practices and offices with regards to the design and furnishing of their premises, an impression for private clients of what well thought through interior design and sophisicated interior furnishings can look like as well as being a selling point for brand furniture from renowned manufacturers: Deutsche Werkstätten’s representative office at Monbijouplatz 10 in Berlin-Mitte can and wants to be many things.
At over 100 square metres and only a stone's throw from Hackeschen Markt, Deutsche Werkstätten’s new office has been enchanting the demanding Berlin public and all who are drawn to the only real German metropolis since the end of 2012. The design department of Deutsche Werkstätten was put to work and has left a colourful composition of fitted interiors, design classics and unique lighting. Deutsche Werkstätten’s humidor TASADOR is accommodated in the small library area with fireplace. Loose furniture from partners such as Thonet, Walter Knoll and Fritz Hansen, individually designed lighting by the label "3jupon" - created by architect and designer Mario Hein and by artist and designer Tomo Storelli - or Wurzener lighting manufacturer and a handmade rug from OT - Oliver Treutlein from Dusseldorf complete the picture.
The Office is open Monday to Friday 11 to 7: You’re more than welcome!
